Install on iPhone · Scan the QR code

Open the Roamledge email on a computer or second screen so the QR code is visible.

On your iPhone, go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → Add eSIM.

Choose “Use QR Code” and point the camera at the code.

Tap Continue, then Add Cellular Plan.

Label the plan “Roamledge” so you recognise it later.

Keep your usual line for calls and texts, and pick Roamledge for mobile data.
When you land
- Arrive at your destination and switch your phone off and on again.
- Open Settings and make sure the Roamledge line is switched on.
- Turn on Data Roaming for the Roamledge line — this is required and does not cost extra.
- Set Roamledge as the line for mobile data.
- Wait up to two minutes for the local network to register.
Install before you fly, while you have Wi-Fi. Most plans only start counting when you first connect at your destination.

When should I install my eSIM?
Before you fly, while you have Wi-Fi. Installing does not usually start your plan — most plans begin when you first connect to a network at your destination.
Nothing happens when I scan the QR code.
Make sure you are scanning from the eSIM setup screen in Settings, not the normal camera app, and that your phone is on Wi-Fi. If it still fails, use the manual method with the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your account.
I installed it but there is no internet.
Check three things: the Roamledge line is switched on, Data Roaming is enabled for that line, and mobile data is set to use Roamledge. Then restart your phone and wait up to two minutes.
Can I delete the eSIM and install it again later?
No. Deleting an eSIM profile is permanent and it cannot be reinstalled, so only remove it once your plan has ended.
Where do I find my QR code again?
In your account under My eSIMs, and in the email we sent when your order was ready.
